Sáng ngày 07/07/2026, Khoa Cầu đường – Trường Đại học Xây dựng Hà Nội đã tổ chức Seminar góp ý, hoàn thiện Bản đồ Chương trình đào tạo (Curriculum Mapping) phiên bản V2 cho Chương trình đào tạo 5 ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng công trình giao thông, với sự tham dự của toàn thể cán bộ, giảng viên trong Khoa. Buổi seminar do TS. Cù Việt Hưng – Trưởng khoa Cầu đường chủ trì, diễn ra trong không khí làm việc nghiêm túc, cởi mở và sôi nổi, tập trung thảo luận những nội dung trọng tâm nhằm tiếp tục nâng cao chất lượng chương trình đào tạo theo định hướng OBE (Outcome-Based Education), đồng thời chuẩn bị cho công tác kiểm định chất lượng chương trình trong thời gian tới.

Mở đầu chương trình, PGS.TS. Nguyễn Văn Bích – Phó Trưởng khoa Cầu đường đã trình bày tổng quan quá trình xây dựng, những kết quả đạt được cũng như các nội dung cần tiếp tục hoàn thiện của Curriculum Mapping phiên bản V2. Báo cáo cũng làm rõ định hướng phát triển chương trình đào tạo, trong đó nhấn mạnh hai chuyên sâu Cầu – Công trình ngầm và Đường ô tô – Đường đô thị sẽ có nền tảng kiến thức chung và chỉ bắt đầu phân hóa từ học kỳ 8, giúp sinh viên được trang bị đầy đủ kiến thức cốt lõi của ngành trước khi lựa chọn định hướng chuyên môn chuyên sâu.

Tiếp theo, TS. Vũ Minh Tâm trình bày chuyên sâu về hệ thống Chuẩn đầu ra học phần (CLO), Chỉ số thực hiện (PI) và các yêu cầu trong công tác đảm bảo chất lượng bên trong. Báo cáo làm rõ nguyên tắc xây dựng, phân bổ và đánh giá mức độ đóng góp của từng học phần đối với các chuẩn đầu ra chương trình (PLO), hướng tới xây dựng một hệ thống đánh giá đồng bộ, có khả năng minh chứng rõ ràng cho quá trình cải tiến chất lượng liên tục.

Ở góc độ đảm bảo chất lượng, PGS.TS. Vũ Hoài Nam – Phó Trưởng phòng Khảo thí và Đảm bảo chất lượng giáo dục đã trình bày kết quả thẩm tra Curriculum Mapping, chỉ ra những điểm mạnh, những tồn tại và các định hướng cải tiến trong thời gian tới. Báo cáo gợi mở một số định hướng nhằm tiếp tục hoàn thiện việc phân bổ mức độ đóng góp của các học phần đối với từng chuẩn đầu ra (PLO), bổ sung chuỗi minh chứng theo định hướng OBE và tiếp tục rà soát, hoàn thiện hệ thống Curriculum Mapping để nâng cao chất lượng quản trị chương trình đào tạo.

Buổi seminar cũng ghi nhận nhiều ý kiến trao đổi, góp ý sâu sắc từ TS. Nguyễn Thị Nguyệt Hằng, TS. Lương Ngọc Dũng, TS. Vũ Thái Sơn và ThS. Nguyễn Văn Hiến, cùng nhiều cán bộ, giảng viên trong Khoa. Các ý kiến tập trung vào việc hoàn thiện cấu trúc Curriculum Mapping, chuẩn hóa việc phân bổ chuẩn đầu ra, tăng cường tính liên thông giữa các học phần, đồng thời làm nổi bật những đặc trưng và thế mạnh đào tạo của Khoa Cầu đường.

Phát biểu kết luận hội thảo, TS. Cù Việt Hưng ghi nhận và đánh giá cao các ý kiến đóng góp của các đại biểu, đồng thời giao PGS.TS. Nguyễn Văn Bích, đại diện Tổ xây dựng chương trình đào tạo, tiếp tục rà soát, hoàn thiện Curriculum Mapping trên cơ sở các ý kiến đã được thống nhất. Việc điều chỉnh sẽ tập trung bảo đảm sự cân bằng trong mức độ đóng góp của các học phần đối với từng chuẩn đầu ra (PLO), đồng thời làm nổi bật những thế mạnh đặc trưng của chương trình đào tạo Khoa Cầu đường. Sau khi hoàn thiện, bản đồ chương trình sẽ được công bố để triển khai các bước tiếp theo phục vụ công tác kiểm định chất lượng chương trình đào tạo và chuẩn bị cho việc triển khai giảng dạy các khóa tuyển sinh mới.
